We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager. This role is instrumental in the development and execution of digital paid media strategies, encompassing various channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and implementing results-driven campaigns that align with the objectives of Arclight Labs and its projects.

Strategic Digital Oversight: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital media landscape, staying apprised of the latest products and solutions. Ensure that media strategies are meticulously aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance.
Cross-Channel Mastery: Develop a comprehensive grasp of how various digital channels synergize to formulate a holistic media plan, incorporating paid search and social advertising.
Digital Leadership: Take ownership of digital strategy and the day-to-day needs of accounts, working closely with internal stakeholders, including the IP and Creator Ventures team.
Ideation and Collaboration: Collaborate with the IP & Creator Ventures team to conceptualize media strategies, tactics, and targeting for media plans. Present insights and takeaways in a structured and easily understandable format.
Campaign Management: Be responsible for the setup, optimization, and management of digital media buys, as well as other projects. Maintain a rigorous standard for deliverables, ensuring they are free of errors and of the highest quality.
Programmatic Expertise: Execute both site-direct and programmatic media purchases and oversee campaign KPIs to drive results. Clearly communicate successes and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Testing: Propose enhancements or modifications to media strategy and planning processes, aiming to establish consistent and repeatable practices. Regularly conduct A/B testing
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to the Performance Marketing Associate, nurturing their growth and development.
A minimum of three years of experience in digital media planning, with proficiency in site-direct, paid search, paid social, and programmatic. Familiarity with CPAS is advantageous.
Prior experience in managing digital media campaigns, a background in ad operations, or a strong understanding of technical aspects of digital media setup.
An exceptional ability to distill complex digital strategies and optimizations into easily digestible insights.
Proficiency in translating business metrics into actionable digital media strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
