We are hiring a Sales Analyst to optimize the strategy and operations for our Enterprise Products team. You will report directly with the VP of Enterprise Products and partner together to design processes that improve pipeline generation, boost operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights. This role also supports key planning efforts, including forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity needs.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Design, build, and optimize sales analytics reports and dashboards to guide executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Deliver consistent, actionable insights to leadership on key performance drivers (e.g., sales productivity, pipeline health, forecasts, and market opportunities).

  • Proactively analyze sales data, incorporating to identify trends, pinpoint risks, and recommend strategic improvements.

  • Balance high-volume, ad-hoc reporting requests with the development of long-term, scalable analytics solutions, while keeping the team informed of industry news, research and events.

  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from end to end.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to develop and execute strategies that optimize sales performance.

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • 2+ years in sales operations, sales analytics, sales finance, or a related role, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel, G Suite and CRM systems (Copper, Salesforce, etc.).

  • A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and maintain a high standard of quality.

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, data analysis tools and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Prior experience at Bitcoin/crypto companies or high-growth fintech.

  • Experience in multi-product and/or start-up technology companies or financial services firms in an enterprise sales capacity.
