What you’ll be a part of:

Circle’s Business Strategy and Operations team (“BizOps”) performs internal strategy consulting & drives execution across the full breadth of the business. It is tasked with defining market landscapes and problem spaces, and developing research, analysis and recommendations across the most important strategic questions. BizOps is multidisciplinary, and provides value to other internal functions via a holistic understanding of the business and the market, paired with strategic rigor and capacity to execute. It is the connective tissue between Circle’s broader strategy, and the internal functions executing that strategy.

What you’ll work on:

  • Build out internationalization strategy with a clear and aligned articulation of “where to play” and “how to win” by market
  • Coordinate work streams across Product, GTM and Operations into a cohesive internationalization framework
  • Run strategic initiatives to augment stablecoin network growth working closely with Product leadership
  • Develop and iterate playbook for lighting up supply and demand across geographies
  • Report to executives and senior leadership to ensure strong alignment and sponsorship of internationalization initiatives
  • Partner with UXR and independently drive research initiatives to answer key intel questions across markets
  • Crafting and evolving thesis for stablecoin adoption across key categories and markets
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape and market developments

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in BizOps, Strategy, Consulting or related field
  • Experience driving complex cross functional projects with successful outcomes
  • Highly independent and motivated to get into the weeds
  • Strategic thought partner who is comfortable driving requirements across a highly diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Passion for understanding nuances across cultures and
  • Thrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos.

Additional Information:

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000

Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
