What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role is critical in providing strategic financial insights, forecasting performance, and supporting executive decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll work on:

  • Designing, building, improving and maintaining complex corporate financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

  • Supporting (and to an extent lead) monthly/quarterly and adhoc forecasting cycles, including management of the operational calendar, coordination of inputs and engagement of various stakeholders to deliver results.

  • Performing monthly reporting and variance analysis, which includes tracking and analyzing Circle’s financials including opex budgets for each of our departments. Through variance analysis, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting and forecast across all financial systems and models.

  • Applying advanced financial analysis techniques to provide insights on critical and bespoke business issues, enabling senior stakeholders to make well-informed choices.

  • Creating quarterly Board of Director and investor level financial presentations in direct collaboration with leaders in the Finance team including the CFO

  • Helping with the implementation, management and optimization of the use of Oracle-based systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Oracle PBCS, Oracle Cloud ERP) for financial reporting and planning.

  • Driving system enhancements, process improvements, and data integrations between Oracle and other internal systems.

  • Providing scenario analysis and ad hoc financial modeling to support business decisions, M&A evaluations, or capital allocation.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • Bring a minimum of 4+ years of FP&A experience, marked by a proven ability to build financial forecast models and analyze extensive datasets.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (including scenario/sensitivity analysis, dynamic dashboards, and automation) using these tools effectively to create meaningful financial insights.

  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards, how the financial statements interact, and an ability to build dynamic three statement models.

  • Exceptional financial and strategic analyses, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong experience working with Oracle EPM / Oracle Cloud ERP / PBCS / FCCS or similar enterprise financial systems.

  • Past experience in working with financial systems and building FP&A models in planning tools.

  • Thrive in a dynamic, innovative startup environment characterized by rapid change and evolution, high level of accountability required.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field providing you with a solid academic grounding in finance and/or accounting.

  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development

  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500
