What you’ll be responsible for:
You will own the accelerated growth of USDC circulation in Turkey. This role is accountable for deepening USDC adoption across DeFi and crypto capital markets, expanding payments and institutional use cases, and embedding USDC into real-world financial flows and treasury operations. You will act as a hands-on growth operator and orchestrator, working closely with Commercial, Business Development, Product, and partners to turn opportunities into executed deals that move volume scale.
What you’ll work on:
Drive USDC circulation growth by aggressively expanding adoption across DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments, and institutional use cases in Turkey.
Proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-potential customers and partners, including calling on accounts using competing rails and winning share through execution, awareness and marketing
Partner closely with Commercial and Business Development teams to shape pipeline strategy, accelerate deals, and shorten time-to-volume
Orchestrate cross-functional execution with Product, Solutions, and Operations to ensure integrations go live quickly and scale into meaningful volume
Track performance rigorously, using data to prioritize efforts, refine strategy, and continuously improve growth and monetization outcomes
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
12+ years experience in business development and market expansion
Proven experience driving growth, revenue, or transaction volume in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure businesses
Demonstrated ability to win market share by converting existing customers from competing platforms or rails or growing first movers
Strong commercial instincts with a bias toward action, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, BD, Product, and technical teams to close and scale complex partnerships.
Deep understanding of crypto markets, stablecoins, DeFi, or institutional financial flows.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining clear accountability for results.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in high-growth fintech, blockchain, or payments companies operating in the Middle East and Africa.
Track record of building repeatable operational frameworks and playbooks across multiple markets in Web3 or crypto.
Strong cultural fluency and experience leading diverse, distributed teams.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with a blend of strategic vision and operational discipline.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
