Key Responsibilities:

• Own the public-facing regional communication across all channels: Execute detailed marketing plans with finesse, ensuring they align seamlessly with our company’s vision and the vibrant composable finance landscape.
• Create an entertaining and high-quality experience across all community platforms: Produce and share diverse content that captivates audiences, from informative articles to captivating videos and everything in between. Let your creativity shine as you showcase the value of our solutions!
• Activate the community towards business objectives, events, and support marketing efforts in the region: Lead the charge on operational aspects of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from digital platforms to social media and beyond. Stay hands-on throughout, monitoring performance and making strategic adjustments as needed.
• Encourage and facilitate community organization and initiatives: Tackle technical writing tasks with precision, conveying the power of our technology through user-friendly manuals, product descriptions, and FAQs.
• Identify, triage, and escalate all regional inbound: Harness the power of data analytics to optimize campaign performance, unlocking valuable insights that fuel future marketing success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Ensure our marketing message is cohesive, compelling, and on-point. Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and customer insights, adapting our strategies dynamically for maximum impact.
• Take the lead in community management efforts: Foster vibrant online communities and drive engaging social media interactions.
• Organize exciting community events and webinars: Leave a lasting impression, gathering invaluable feedback and boosting product visibility.
• Develop and implement strategies for community growth: Ensure our interactions always reflect our brand values and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields: Bonus points if you bring a finance or fintech background to the table!
• 1+ years of community experience: Previous ownership or management of a community within a Mandarin crypto project.
• Demonstrable skill in crafting both technical and creative content: Aimed at diverse financial audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms: With a knack for analytics, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset: To inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills: Thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit: Adept at rallying teams towards common marketing goals.
