Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead research and innovation projects within EU programs like Horizon Europe. You will drive execution, coordinate teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will be essential in fostering collaboration between industry leaders, research institutions, and governmental bodies.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and budgets
• Lead interdisciplinary teams (IT, Product, Finance, Admin) and ensure smooth collaboration
• Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, including research institutions & industry partners
• Ensure compliance with funding regulations, grant requirements & reporting obligations
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Your Profile

• Proven experience in project management, ideally with EU-funded projects (not a must)
• Strong expertise in software development projects & agile methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Native-level German & fluent English (C1 level or higher) – additional languages are a plus
