Energy Web is seeking a Sales Executive to drive digital transformation in the energy sector through our industry-leading B2B SaaS and platform-based solutions.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role with broad impact — combining business development leadership, technical engagement, and deep collaboration across teams.
Your Mission
You’ll shape and expand our enterprise presence in the energy sector by:
- Driving revenue growth and acquiring high-value enterprise customers
- Leading business development strategies aligned with Energy Web’s R&D roadmap
- Acting as a key technical advisor to customers and stakeholders
- Translating technical solutions into strategic value for our clients
- Managing R&D Circles and collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams
- Monitoring industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy
What You Bring
- 5+ years in business development or R&D-driven technology roles
- 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing complex deals
- Strong experience with SaaS and platform-based solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of the energy sector is essential, including industry challenges, regulations, and digital transformation
- Ability to connect technical capabilities with commercial opportunities
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
