About Gnosis Pay

Position Overview

The Gnosis Pay team is looking for a social and community specialist to manage and grow our community channels such as X, Farcaster, Instagram, Reddit, Discord and help scale Web3 payments.

We’re looking for a Web3 native copywriter who can help us drive content on our channels, create and manage content calendars, think of new strategies and campaigns to grow our customer base, work closely with the growth and product team to relay user feedback and manage some of our community initiatives like ambassadors and beta testers programs. We’re looking for someone who is embedded within the crypto ecosystem, has a pulse on all the key trends and understands crypto ‘twitter’ culture.

You’ll be our portal (read: eyes & ears) to the wider world and directly engage with our community on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Create posts & manage our social media and community channels on a daily basis

• Create monthly content calendars and help drive and shape our content strategy

• Work closely with our creative team to create interesting, viral and new creative concepts like videos, GIFs, static images that resonate with our community

• Own the end-to-end process of executing large campaigns with our partners that help reach specific goals (could be increasing card orders, growing our user base, etc)

• Engage in daily social listening, be on the lookout for Web3 trends, emerging themes and narratives that could be leveraged by Gnosis Pay

• Work closely with our internal teams like Growth and Product to relay key customer feedback

• Regularly report on data, traffic and social metrics like follower growth, impressions/reach, engagement rate and use this to inform our strategy

• Grow our Web3 Social presence on channels like Discord, Farcaster, Reddit & Instagram and think of campaigns specific to these niche channels

• Build & grow our communities of ambassadors, OGs & product evangelists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• A minimum of 2 years in a social and community management role at startups, preferably in Web3

• Experience in managing social media, content planning, and optimizing organic engagement

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, great copywriting skills are a must

• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and utilizing analytics tools

• A genuine interest in Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the decentralized ecosystem

Nice to Have

• Deeply embedded within the crypto ecosystem & networks, KOLs and communities

• Experience with managing questing, whitelisting, airdrop campaigns

• Written proficiency in other languages

• Deep experience with social scheduling and social analytics tools

• Proficiency in analyzing data, including Posthog, Web3 growth tools, and other key social media analytics tools.
