About Gnosis

GnosisDAO builds decentralized infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. Gnosis developed a wide range of products, including Gnosis Safe (multisig and programmable account), Gnosis Protocol (CowSwap), Conditional Tokens (prediction markets), Gnosis Auction, and Zodiac (standard and tooling for composable DAOs), Circles UBI (blockchain-based unconditional basic income) and Gnosis Chain. Gnosis Chain is the product of the merger of Gnosis and xDai. As one of Ethereum’s earliest sidechains with the largest validator aside from Ethereum itself, Gnosis Chain has quiet but significant real-world usage and has embarked on an aggressive technical roadmap to accelerate Ethereum. Gnosis Chain is also where Ethereum’s colorful and quirky spirit lives on, as the original home that incubated many defining projects like POAP, Burner Wallet, Dark Forest, and Perpetual Protocol.

With a lot of the infrastructure building out of the way, we’re entering the next phase of our mission: Building products that are not only usable for regular (normie!) users but also legitimately better than what is currently available to them. With this new phase comes a new need: Building a marketing team within Gnosis.


Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, value-aligned Head of content to join our dynamic team at Gnosis. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our global content strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all channels to support Gnosis’ expansion into the retail market and broader Web3 ecosystem.

You will be instrumental in framing the big narrative for Gnosis and its products, translating complex technical concepts into accessible and high-impact campaigns. Your mission will be to drive brand awareness and accelerate customer acquisition through high-quality, SEO-optimized content and strategic ecosystem partnerships. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to leverage our unique value propositions and grow our reputation into more mainstream markets.

Content Strategy and Narrative Framing

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Gnosis’ business objectives, product roadmaps, and target audience needs across all retail products.

  • Narrative Leadership: Define and articulate the overarching brand story and key messaging that frames the big narrative for Gnosis in the retail space.

  • Ecosystem and Partner Marketing: Design and lead co-marketing and content programs with key Web3 partners (e.g., custodians, wallets, L2s) to expand reach and drive shared KPIs across the ecosystem.

  • Editorial Calendar: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a global editorial calendar for all content touchpoints (blog, website, social media, long-form articles, educational material, etc.).

  • Tone and Voice: Define and enforce content guidelines to ensure a consistent, on-brand voice and high-quality standard across all written, visual, and multimedia content.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Performance

  • SEO Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, including keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical SEO collaboration.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish content analytics frameworks and track KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, conversion rates, time on page, domain authority) to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and help with SEO.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, improve conversion rates, and increase ROI from content investments.

Content Creation and Production

  • Production: creation of the end-to-end content and oversee production process when needed, managing internal and external writers, designers, and agencies to deliver high-impact content on time.

  • Cross-Functional Insights: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts and infrastructure developments (like staking, BTCFi) into engaging content for diverse retail audiences.

Who you are
  • Prior experience leading content and partner marketing within fast-growing crypto/Web3 companies, or related fintech/digital growth sectors.

  • Proven experience in content strategy, SEO/SEM
