About the role
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Operations Lead to keep day-to-day operations organised, and running smoothly. This role is essential to ensuring that the team stays focused, supported and operating efficiently behind the scenes.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Operations Lead on day-to-day and adhoc tasks
Coordinating logistics, preparing documents, processing forms and maintaining accurate data records
Supporting with external stakeholder management
Maintaining internal trackers, databases and records to keep information organised and up to date
Assisting with routine system administration and operational checklists
Spotting broken workflows or inefficiencies and helping fix them
