Proof of work
The team
Kraken’s world-class Client Experience team continues to serve an ever-expanding audience of clients around the world, alongside a growing product suite. To provide the best client experience to the most people, scalable ways of educating our clients have become increasingly important.
Now we’re looking for a new Content Operations Analyst to join our team remotely! In this role, you’ll harness tools such as video production, transactional emails, and social media to educate our audience. By proactively communicating updates, you’ll aim to improve client satisfaction while reducing demands on our Client Experience team members.
You’ll collaborate with a wide range of business partners, including Marketing, Legal, Product Managers, and external vendors, on projects that often involve topics not yet known to the public or even the wider organization. You’ll drive projects from concept to execution independently, developing a broad skill set to identify and run campaigns that help Kraken succeed.
As a Content Operations Analyst, you’ll step into a role of high responsibility early on. You’ll own two critical communication verticals — video tutorial content and transactional comms campaigns — while supporting the team on additional ad hoc projects.
The opportunity
Lead vendor coordination for educational video production: script drafting, reviewing, gathering assets, stakeholder approvals, and ensuring timely delivery.
Partner with Creative on video assets and with Marketing on distribution and campaign strategies.
Draft and manage transactional communication campaigns (e.g. Terms of Service updates, asset delistings, policy changes).
Navigate approval workflows involving legal, compliance, and product teams.
Build, QA, and execute campaigns in Braze or similar campaign platforms with precision.
Monitor campaign performance, collect feedback, and iterate.
Handle ad hoc communications tasks as needed — escalations, crisis messaging, alignment across functions.
Skills you should HODL
You have at least 2 years of experience creating content and performing quality assurance reviews on content produced by vendors.
Experience managing or coordinating projects, keeping things on track, and making sure deliverables get done right and on time.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — clarity, tone, precision matter.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling high-stakes or compliance-sensitive messaging.
A self-starter mentality: you can own projects and deliver with minimal oversight.
Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage ambiguous or time-sensitive scenarios.
You believe wholeheartedly in the cypherpunk, libertarian values outlined in Kraken’s Tentaclements document
Candidates must be located in Europe, Canada, LATAM, or the U.S., and must be fluent in English.
Nice to haves
Experience partnering with external vendors or creative agencies.
Familiarity with video production workflows or content development.
Experience with social media management, marketing, public relations, or similar.
Exposure to campaign tools like Braze (or equivalent).
Basic project management skills or leadership experience.
This job is accepting ongoing applications and there is no application deadline.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
Kraken is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate all Krakenites for their diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions and unique perspectives. We hire strictly based on merit, meaning we seek out the candidates with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills considered the most suitable for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgable about crypto!
