Our solutions include =nil; zkSharding (a zkRollup that securely scales Ethereum to 60,000+ TPS through zkSharding), Proof Market, zkLLVM circuit compiler, and Placeholder proof system.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead the expansion of =nil;’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth strategy and execution within web3/crypto space, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of our L2 blockchain by developing and nurturing a vibrant ecosystem of applications, fostering partnerships, and increasing our market presence.


  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the adoption of =nil; (an Ethereum L2) and the number of active applications built on it.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the platform’s capabilities and potential use cases, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, developers, and other stakeholders to build and expand the ecosystem.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and webinars to promote the platform and attract developers and users.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling messaging and materials that communicate the value proposition of our blockchain platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on growth metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Provide thought leadership and represent the company at industry events, in media interviews, and in other public forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the blockchain space.


  • Proven experience in growth roles, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially L2 solutions.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful ecosystem development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
