- Develop and enforce global physical security standards and technical specifications to ensure long-term resilience and compliance with internal, external, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of physical security projects, including developing and driving roadmap and budget requirements for design-build, break-fix, and preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Lead vendor relationships, measuring the performance of third-party contractors and security integrators to ensure successful installation, troubleshooting, and continuous support for all security systems.
- Oversee system administration, configuration, and maintenance of security systems, including monitoring and managing all software and firmware updates to ensure consistent functionality.
- Deploy innovative security solutions leveraging existing tool suites and your deep knowledge of the latest technological advancements to achieve effective risk management and efficiencies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that all technical security systems meet and exceed regulatory and company requirements.
- Provide expert technical support in-region for new security systems and, where necessary, lead the project management of security system changes from planning to progress reporting.
