THE WORK:

We’re looking for a Product Manager for Onchain Payments to use the power of decentralized technologies to transform global payments.

As a Senior Product Manager at Ripple, you will have the exciting responsibility of building and improving solutions that harness crypto technologies as essential building blocks for payments.

The ideal candidate has deep trading and financial markets expertise and strong curiosity about digital assets. You'll excel working in a fast-past environment, and you are adept at and handling cross-functional initiatives across geographies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build the vision for delivering payments solutions to customers that apply the XRP ledger to reduce the friction in moving money globally.
  • Develop and test solutions for liquidity, payments, and FX challenges by applying decentralized finance tools, including onchain liquidity pools, decentralized exchange, and stablecoins.
  • Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align the cross-functional teams building these products.
  • Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 8-10 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry, with 4-5 years in a core product management role.
  • Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
  • You - demonstrated experience building and launching products.
  • Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate across different teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict.
  • Strategic problem solver who thinks about where the future is headed.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$180,000$225,000 USD
