THE WORK:

Ripple is growing, and we are looking to recruit an experienced Client Solutions Director based in São Paulo. Reporting to the Managing Director for LATAM, this position represents an excellent opportunity to lead the technical direction for the region's largest financial institutions. You will manage the full customer journey—from spotting initial issues to developing solid architectures and moving solutions into production. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer needs, is a skilled problem-solver, and is deeply passionate about the digital asset industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody (MPC, HSM, Managed Custody), Stablecoins (RLUSD), and Payments (Collections/Pay-in and Payout-out for Fiat and Stablecoins), effectively communicating value propositions to Large Banks, Financial Institutions, and Crypto-Natives.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end customer journey, leading discovery, sandbox environments, pilots, MVPs, and final production implementation.
  • Collect business requirements, define scope, and compose complex "One Ripple" solution designs and specifications.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Custody/Enterprise lead to structure sophisticated enterprise deals, acting as the technical strategist to close high-value institutional accounts.
  • Lead the RFx or equivalent experience process (RFI/RFP) for the LATAM region, coordinating with internal and external SMEs to deliver winning, compliant proposals.
  • Provide ongoing improvement support post-implementation in partnership with Customer Success, ensuring clients scale effectively on the Ripple stack.
  • Own the product feedback loop, consistently feeding local LATAM requirements, local market nuances, and infrastructure needs back to global Product and Engineering teams.
  • Field queries and act as the primary technical contact for clients, coordinating system design, improvements, and long-term strategic direction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of working experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture position within an Enterprise software, Fintech, or Digital Assets company.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience in consulting and selling blockchain technology.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience advising and selling especially to leading financial institutions across Latin America.
  • Advanced technical depth in MPC (Multi-Party Computation), HSM/KMS architectures, and Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) delivery models.
  • Commercial expertise demonstrated by supporting complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles as a "technical closer."
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Solid technical expertise combined with a proven enthusiasm for investigating complex technologies such as DLT, smart contracts, and REST APIs.
  • Confident and concise communication with excellent presentation skills for both technical teams and C-suite executives.
  • A proactive, self-starter approach—an out-of-the-box thinker, client advocate, and a "doer."
  • Knowledge of industry data standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) and basic scripting tasks is a plus.
