WAVE BL is looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) part-time position.
In this position you will be monitoring our production environment, handling incidents, answering tickets escalated by our Tier1 / Tier2 support and troubleshooting different technical issues.
you will be working closely with our Devops and Tier3 teams. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing start-up company and learn about the world of DevOps and databases .
Requirements:
● Studying towards a degree in a technological field (1st year or 2nd year student with at least 1.5 years remaining)
● Availability to work 3 shifts or more per week including nights and weekends.
● Strong technical and analytical skills.
● Fast learner
● High sense of responsibility and service-oriented
● Good written communication skills (English and Hebrew)
Advantage:
● Knowledge of SQL
● Knowledge of Linux environments
● Knowledge of networks and basic understanding of communication protocols
