Role: Commercial Administrator

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Experience in Banking or Fintech will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the commercial traders with trade confirmations and trade records as well as maintaining administrative processes and procedures to support the department.
  • Prepare and maintain commercial files to include compiling reports from information provided by the Commercial Team and obtained from databases.
  • Working with the B2B Onboarding team to help certain commercial trading clients to onboard, especially from cross-selling.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for the Commercial Team to receive incoming enquiries from clients and either handle or forward to the Commercial Managers or other departments such as treasury as appropriate.
  • Monitor the Commercial team groups
  • Business development - Identifying and generating leads that may lead to business opportunities. Includes cross-selling markets to existing clients and helping to facilitiate the onboarding thereof.
