Leveraging the power of stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar (e.g., USDC, USDT, and PYUSD), we deliver our innovative solutions through our commercial trading function, our B2B products (i.e., our Payments API and Treasury Portal).
About the role;
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join our finance/payments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payment data, managing reporting requirements, and performing reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Key responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to.
- Initiate and process high-volume payment transactions across multiple payment channels
- Review and validate payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Ensure all payments are executed within agreed timelines and in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding payment queries
- Verify payment data accuracy, including vendor details, invoice information, amounts, and banking details
- Conduct pre-payment reviews to ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment requests before processing
- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions in the payment system
- Reconcile bank statements with internal payment records to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payments review and processing, with good attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Basic working knowledge of the use of Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the workings of virtual assets
- Preferably available immediately
